Job summary

The NeuroCare Sales Specialist role involves building relationships with regional teams, doctors, and office staff to promote NeuroCare products. You will deliver demonstrations, physician detailing, and patient education, while tailoring solutions to drive sales growth and meet targets.

Regularly analyze data to plan territory strategies and maintain compliance with guidelines. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree and demonstrated B2B sales experience; pharmaceutical sales is preferred,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Documented B2B sales experience; pharmaceutical sales preferred.
• Preferred: experience managing complex healthcare accounts; engaging multiple stakeholders; working with specialty pharmacies/patient support programs/reimbursement/access partners.
• Preferred: neurology, psychiatry, pediatric, rare disease, specialty therapeutics/complex disease states

Responsibilities

• Build rapport and relationships with regional team members, cross-functional partners, and external contacts (HCPs and office staff)
• Provide product demonstrations, physician detailing, and in-servicing
• Consult with physicians, nurses, and medical office staff to promote product and provide product/patient education
• Strategically manage and grow key accounts by tailoring solutions to unique needs; drive differentiation and meet sales targets
• Regularly review/analyze sales data to create territory plans and use promotional budgets
• Address external market challenges and collaborate internally to drive cohesive sales strategies
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive execution and shared objectives
• Maintain required call average (face-to-face with HCPs; top target customers)
• Use problem-solving approaches to improve performance in the assigned region
• Adhere to compliance policies and guidelines
• Achieve sales performance goals and complete administrative duties
