Job summary

argenx is hiring a Territory Business Manager (TBM) for the Neurology Franchise in the United States. You will work with the established Neurology TBM team to execute launch plans, drive demand, and engage healthcare professionals, academic institutions, and specialty providers across a defined geography.

The role requires 5+ years in specialty/rare disease or biologics sales, a B.S./B.A., and strong collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• B.S. or B.A. degree required.
• 5+ years of specialty/rare disease/biologics sales experience, neurology strongly preferred.
• Local market knowledge preferred.
• Proven track record of consistent high sales performance.
• Adept at planning, organizing, and executing sales strategy.
• Demonstrate ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders and field-based partners.
• Ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment.
• Experienced in product launches.
• Align with cultural pillars of the organization: co-creation, humility, excellence, empowerment and innovation.
• Candidates must live in Territory.

Responsibilities

• Regular travel within assigned geography, including overnight stays.
• Territory planning and local market strategy development.
• Collaborate with local TBMs and cross-functional teams to align customer strategy.
• Engage with HCPs and affiliated staff.
• Meet and exceed sales and launch objectives.
• Utilize market tools and resources effectively.
• Submit account plans and CRM activity in a timely manner.
• Adhere to argenx compliance policies and approved messages.
