Job summary

argenx is expanding its Neurology Franchise and hiring a Territory Business Manager (TBM) to support upcoming launches and indication expansion in the New Orleans, LA area. The TBM will work with the Neurology team to drive demand generation among healthcare professionals, academic institutions, and specialty providers, traveling within the territory as needed.

Qualifications

• B.S. or B.A. degree required.
• 5+ years of specialty/rare disease/biologics sales experience.
• Neurology sales experience strongly preferred.
• Local market knowledge preferred.
• Proven track record of high sales performance.
• Ability to plan, organize, and execute sales strategy.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and field partners.
• Adapt to changing environment.
• Experience with product launches.
• Live in the territory.

Responsibilities

• Travel throughout assigned geography, with potential overnight stays.
• Develop local market strategy aligned with launch priorities.
• Collaborate with local and regional teams to align strategy.
• Engage with healthcare professionals and staff.
• Meet and exceed sales and launch objectives.
• Utilize market tools and CRM effectively.
• Submit account plans and activity in a timely manner.
