Qualifications

Hourly Pay Range:$35.16 - $54.50 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.Position Highlights:Position: Practice Manager I - NeurologyLocation: Chicago and GlenviewFull Time: 40 hours/weeklyHours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PMRequired Travel: to surrounding Clinics for coverage purposesA Brief Overview:Reporting to a director, the role is responsible for the day-to-day oversight of practice operations; responding to patient and staff issues as they occur; responsible for staff development, performance management, ensuring adherence to regulatory guidelines, policies and procedures and quality standards of a medical group clinic. Responsible for personnel engaged in patient reception, registration, scheduling, rooming etc., ensuring that clinicians are properly supported. Responsible for managing all aspects of a project over the project lifecycle (initiate, plan, execute, control, close) in support of the organization’s strategic objectives and ongoing operations.
