Job summary

Neurocrine Biosciences is seeking a field-based sales professional to drive growth across a defined geographic territory. You will promote approved indications, build durable relationships with physicians, nurses and clinics, and execute targeted education and account management strategies.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Medical Science Liaisons and Patient Access teams to ensure compliant, effective product messaging while meeting and exceeding sales objectives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in science or related field with 4+ years pharma/biotech sales.
• Master's degree in science with 2+ years relevant experience.
• Specialty pharma or LTC, neurology/psychiatry sales preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce.com, Oracle, SAP, and BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Promote Neurocrine products and drive growth in the assigned territory.
• Develop long-term relationships with physicians and healthcare teams.
• Execute territory sales strategies to meet objectives via in-person/virtual calls.
• Collaborate with internal partners across Marketing, Medical Affairs and Patient Access.
