Job summary

University of Kansas Medical Center seeks a Fellowship Coordinator - Neurology to provide administrative support to the program leadership and GME office. The role covers recruitment, onboarding, compliance with ACGME policies, and execution of educational events, while ensuring timely reporting and documentation.

The incumbent will coordinate program evaluations, tracking action items, and timely submission of required reports, with a focus on operations and learner support in a busy neurology

Qualifications

• Four (4) years of relevant work experience.
• Relevant education may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis.
• Experience with medical terminology and residency programs.
• Experience in ERAS, ACGME, MedHub, C-TAGME, Workday, or Qgenda.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate accreditation activities and ensure deadlines are met.
• Manage recruitment logistics and interview day operations.
• Oversee onboarding, licensing, certifications, and workspace arrangements for incoming residents.
• Support evaluations, meetings, and documentation for residency program leadership.
• Assist with conference logistics, agendas, and attendance tracking.
• Maintain residency training files and required program documentation.
