Job summary

University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus in Aurora, CO is seeking an Open Rank Academic Services Professional to support the Neurology department with administrative, academic, and clinical coordination for fellowship programs.

This role handles literature searches, grant prep, scheduling, credential management, and conference organization, with a hybrid work arrangement three days on campus and as needed for in-person meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a field related to education, psychology, business, public administration, health care, or similar.
• 1 year of experience in an academic medical office environment (minimum for intermediate).
• Senior/Principal levels require 2-5 years of experience in an academic medical office environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations for fellowship programs and fellows.
• Assist the Program Director in developing and maintaining the educational quality of the training program & ensuring compliance with accreditation standards and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate accreditation activities - Special Reviews, Annual Program Evaluations, etc.
• Manage Fellow recruitment and selection process.
• Oversee content and design on fellowship webpages and collaborate with IT to implement changes and updates.
• Coordinate, develop, organize, and evaluate department education conferences and events.
