Job summary

The Fellowship Coordinator - Neurology at University of Kansas Medical Center (SOM KC Neurology) provides administrative support to program leadership and the GME Office to ensure compliance with ACGME and institutional policies. The role involves recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, and educational support to learners, faculty, and staff.

You will coordinate accreditation activities, manage interviews, organize rotations, and oversee evaluations, conferences, and associated documentation.

Qualifications

• Four (4) years of relevant work experience.
• Five (5) years of experience in an academic setting preferred.
• Experience with ERAS, ACGME, MedHub, C-TAGME, Workday, or Qgenda preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan annual Program Evaluation and CCC meetings, scheduling and minutes.
• Ensure required reports to GME/ACGME by deadlines.
• Coordinate recruitment activities and interview day logistics.
• Oversee onboarding, licensing, workspace arrangement for new residents.
• Manage rotations/scheduling to meet curriculum requirements.
• Support evaluations and prepare leadership reports.
