Job summary

University of Kansas Medical Center seeks a Residency/Fellowship Program Coordinator to support the Pathology Residency and Fellowship programs. The role collaborates with the Program Director, GME Office, and department leadership to ensure compliance with ACGME and institutional policies, while coordinating recruitment, onboarding, and educational support.

The coordinator will manage accreditation-related data, annual meetings, interview logistics, and onboarding processes for residents,

Qualifications

• Four (4) years of relevant work experience.
• Relevant education may be substituted for experience on a year-for-year basis.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and residency programs.
• Experience in ERAS, ACGME, MedHub, C-TAGME, Workday and Qgenda.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate accreditation activities and submit required data to GME/ACGME.
• Organize recruitment, onboarding, and onboarding activities for residents.
• Develop and manage program schedules, conferences, and interview logistics.
• Assist with NRMP match information and ranking processes.
• Prepare reports and surveys for the residency program and leadership.
