The role involves patient recruitment, informed consent, scheduling procedures, data entry, and regulatory documentation. Prior health care or research experience and SOCRA CCRP certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• Four years of relevant work experience required.
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR).
• Experience in Neurology or Neuromuscular research.
• Bachelor’s degree in basic science or health-related field preferred.
• SOCRA CCRP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recruits, evaluates, and educates patients regarding clinical trials related to neuromuscular disease.
• Obtains informed consent from participants and caregivers per SOPs.
• Coordinates study visit activities including MRI, PET, ECG, lab tests, and sample handling.
• Documents trial-related activities per regulatory requirements.
• Assists with adverse event reporting and regulatory submissions as needed.
