Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Neurology Sales Specialist to drive market share and product adoption in the assigned geography. You will execute strategic territory plans, engage with neurologists and related staff, and provide evidence-based dialogue on MS therapies and infusion workflows.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of pharmaceutical sales, with 3+ years in MS. A track record of meeting quotas and strong consultative skills is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of documented pharmaceutical sales experience.
• 3+ years of direct sales experience in Multiple Sclerosis (MS).
• Biosimilars and/or infusion therapy sales experience required, including buy-and-bill dynamics.
• Documented experience calling on neurologists and neurology center personnel in the territory.
• Proven track record of top-tier performance and quota attainment.

Responsibilities

• Execute strategic territory plan and deliver compliant, clinically compelling messaging.
• Identify and develop strategic relationships with targeted HCPs, clinics, and health systems.
• Engage in consultative dialogue covering disease state education and practice workflow.
• Develop data-driven territory plans using sales analytics and prescribing trends.
• Navigate distribution channels and collaborate with practice managers, infusion clinics, and specialty pharmacies.
• Maintain CRM records and sample tracking in line with policies.
