Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required from an accredited four-year college or university.
• Minimum 5+ years of documented pharmaceutical sales experience with quota attainment.
• 3+ years of direct sales experience in Multiple Sclerosis (MS) with MS landscape familiarity.
• Biosimilars and/or infusion therapy sales experience, including buy-and-bill dynamics.
• Experience calling on neurologists and neurology center personnel within the territory.
• Proven sales excellence and top-tier performance rankings.

Responsibilities

• Execute the strategic territory plan delivering compliant, clinically compelling messaging to current and prospective customers.
• Identify and develop strategic relationships with physicians, HCPs, clinics, and health systems to expand product reach.
• Engage KOLs and maintain account coverage with defined call frequency targets and reach metrics.
• Develop data-driven territory plans, analyze sales analytics, prescribing trends, and competition.
• Navigate distribution channels and workflows, collaborating with practice managers, specialty pharmacies, and infusion clinics.
• Maintain CRM records, call reports, and sample tracking in compliance with policies and regulations.
