Job summary

Syneos Health/ inVentiv Health Commercial LLC is seeking a Neurology Sales Specialist to execute territory plans, deliver evidence-based messaging, and drive product adoption across physicians, clinics, and infusion centers in the Bethesda region.

The role requires 5+ years of pharma sales experience with MS focus, biosimilars/infusion therapy knowledge, and strong account management. A base salary range and potential commissions are included, with opportunity for a company car or car allowance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of documented pharmaceutical sales experience with a track record of meeting quotas.
• 3+ years of direct sales experience in Multiple Sclerosis (MS).
• Biosimilars and/or infusion therapy sales experience including buy-and-bill dynamics.
• Calling on neurologists and neurology center personnel within the territory required.
• Proven history of top-tier performance and quota attainment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver compliant, clinically compelling messaging to targeted customers.
• Develop strategic relationships with physicians, HCPs, and clinic staff to expand product reach.
• Engage key influencers and maintain coverage against call targets and reach metrics.
• Analyze sales analytics, prescribing trends, and competition to drive territory plans.
• Navigate distribution channels and infusion workflows to support patient access and product administration.
• Maintain CRM records, call reports, and samples in line with policies.
