Job summary

Syneos Health in Midlothian, VA is seeking a Neurology Sales Specialist to execute the territory plan with compliant, clinically compelling messaging to physicians, HCPs, infusion centers, and clinic staff within the assigned geography.

You will build strategic relationships with neurologists and centers, manage KOLs, discuss disease states and therapy differentiation, analyze prescribing trends, and ensure CRM records and sample tracking meet regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four-year college or university required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver compliant, clinically compelling messaging to physicians, HCPs, infusion centers, and clinic staff within the territory.
• Identify and develop strategic relationships with targeted providers and clinics to expand product reach.
• Engage KOLs and maintain account coverage with defined call frequency targets and reach metrics.
• Develop data-driven territory plans by analyzing sales analytics, prescribing trends, and competitive dynamics.
• Navigate distribution channels and coordinate with practice managers, pharmacies, and staff to support access and administration.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, call reports, and sample tracking per corporate policies.
