Vanda Pharmaceuticals Inc. is seeking an Associate Neurology Account Manager or Neurology Account Manager to join a dynamic sales organization in the Louisville area.

You will work under the Neuroscience District Sales Manager to exceed goals by delivering value through differentiated products and services. Responsibilities include executing promotional activities, analyzing local markets, managing budgets, and maintaining deep knowledge of products, disease areas, and reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Proven sales performance in healthcare or pharma preferred.
• Ability to understand neurology products and payer dynamics.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute and promote products in alignment to sales strategy in the assigned territory.
• Collaborate with District Sales Manager on day-to-day sales and strategy direction.
• Analyze local market, monitor performance and maximize product use in territory.
• Maintain knowledge of products, disease areas, competitors, and reimbursement.
• Manage budgets, time, and resource allocation within territory.
• Communicate effectively with target audiences using advanced selling skills.
• Identify and leverage advocacy channels; secure product access and reimbursement.
• Travel and promotional budget management; complete required reporting.
• Maintain compliance with laws, regulations, and Vanda policies.
