UVA Health in Manassas, VA seeks a Neurodiagnostics Technician to perform EEGs and LTM under supervision, charge completed exams, and support neurophysiology services. Must have high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of neurodiagnostics experience; training preferred.

Strong patient care skills, infection control awareness, and familiarity with Xltek equipment are advantageous. Position may involve on-site collaboration across imaging and clinical teams.

Formación

• High School or GED required.
• One year of neurodiagnostics training preferred.
• 1 year Neurodiagnostics experience preferred.
• Knowledge of age-specific care in diagnostic testing.

Responsabilidades

• Perform department diagnostic procedures under supervision of registered staff.
• Perform EEGs and LTM including correctly charging and assigning completed exams.
• Promote availability and provision of neurophysiology services and monitor quality.
