The role emphasizes clinical judgment, patient-centered communication, and technical proficiency across inpatient and outpatient settings, with a Monday–Friday on-site schedule and opportunities to mentor junior staff.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate of an accredited formal medical education program such as CVT, EMT, Paramedic, Radiography, Respiratory Therapy, Sonography, or Associate’s Degree or greater in a Health Sciences related field.
• Radiography Technician preferred.

Aufgaben

• Perform routine and advanced EEG studies in accordance with established protocols and quality standards.
• Review patient history and prepare a patient-centered approach for each study.
• Explain procedures clearly and adjust communication to individual needs.
• Obtain technically accurate, clinically useful recordings across varied patient populations.
• Identify and troubleshoot artifact, equipment, electrode, and recording challenges while protecting study integrity.
• Complete accurate, timely documentation and communicate information to physicians and healthcare professionals.
• Manage daily workload independently and respond to lab needs; mentor newer technologists.
