Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's in a clinical field and progressive management experience in neurodiagnostic services.
• Experience leading teams and budgets in a medical setting is preferred.
• Licensure or certification in neurophysiology or related areas is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Plans, organizes, implements, and coordinates activities and technical services for assigned neurodiagnostic area(s).
• Schedules work and ensures staffing based on workload and productivity standards.
• Supervises associates, sets performance expectations, and supports staff development.
• Develops and monitors budgets, and assists in capital planning to control costs.
• Maintains quality standards, supports regulatory compliance, and leads process improvements.
• Implements training and continuing education for staff and collaborates with physicians.
