Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare in Memphis seeks an experienced leader to plan, manage and coordinate daily operations and general management of the physician practice(s). You will lead patient relations, staffing, nursing, insurance, billing, and accounting while upholding MLH's Mission, Vision and Values; drive service excellence and regulatory compliance.

This role requires 3–5 years supervisory experience and a Bachelor's in business/ healthcare admin.

Qualificações

• Must have 3–5 years of supervisory or management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in business/finance or healthcare admin preferred.
• Experience in clinic management and health planning.
• Knowledge of health insurance, billing, and medical records.

Responsabilidades

• Strategy: develop and update long-range plans to support the medical office's goals.
• Human Resources: supervise staff, schedule activities, and maintain workforce quality.
• Policy & Procedure: ensure compliance with OSHA, HIPAA and corporate policies.
• Finance & Accounts: manage budgets, monitor financial indicators, and review coding and billing processes.
• Administrative: manage records, patient flow, and information systems; oversee supplies and equipment.
