Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is required.
Master's Degree in Nursing is preferred.
TN RN license and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification are required.

Responsibilities

Provides 24/7 accountability for assigned service areas, ensuring high-quality patient-centered care.
Leads initiatives to enhance patient safety, clinical outcomes, and service excellence.
Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement performance improvement strategies.
Recruits, mentors, and evaluates nursing staff and Patient Care Coordinators (PCCs).
Coaches PCCs in effective leadership and team management to optimize care delivery.
Oversees staffing models, scheduling, and resource allocation to ensure efficient workforce utilization.
Participates in annual budget planning and monitors financial performance.
Leads implementation of new technologies and operational projects to enhance care delivery.
