Job summary

Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare in Memphis seeks a senior leader to plan, direct, and optimize cardiovascular services across facilities, including Cath Lab and Electrophysiology, ensuring adherence to professional standards and MLH values.

You will lead staff, develop education, manage capital and operating budgets, and drive quality, cost control, and patient satisfaction while advancing cardiovascular care across the Mid-South.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in business, healthcare administration or nursing.
• Progressive management experience in cardiovascular services.
• Licenses/certifications in nursing or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plans, organizes, implements, and controls cardiovascular services at assigned facility(s); monitors operations and keeps goals on track.
• Formulates long-range business plans and develops strategies to meet goals.
• Directs Associates and students; clarifies work expectations and fosters cooperation.
• Develops education programs to ensure staff competence throughout employment.
• Manages capital and operating budgets; authorizes expenditures and monitors financial indicators.
• Develops plans to control costs and improve department operations.
