• Acts as administrative liaison to hospital departments and services.
• Promotes effective information flow and communication within the hospital.
• Solves problems and addresses issues impacting hospital operations or patient care.
• Participates in quality monitoring and regulatory readiness activities.
• Assesses nursing practice areas and advises Leadership as needed.
• Provides mentorship and guidance to nursing staff during emergencies.
• Oversees staffing resources and patient throughput for efficiency.
• Responds to patient and family concerns when the Patient Advocate is unavailable.
