Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required.
• Nursing 5-7 years of experience required.
• Nursing leadership 3-5 years preferred.
• BLS and RN licensure in Tennessee required.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates fiscal responsibility for departmental budgets.
• Plans, organizes, implements, and monitors departmental activities and operations with Directors and Medical Director.
• Directs a unit-based Performance Improvement Program.
• Hires, develops and maintains a competent, productive workforce.
• Ensures compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Leads coordination with physicians and other departments to achieve goals and Objectives.
