The role requires RN licensure in Tennessee, a Bachelor's in Nursing, and 3–5 years in acute care, with a preference for a Master’s in Nursing and nursing leadership certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is required.
• Master's in Nursing is preferred for leadership roles.
• Acute care experience is required (3–5 years).
• Licensed RN in Tennessee and BLS certification are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24/7 clinical operations leadership for assigned service areas.
• Recruit, mentor, and evaluate nursing staff and care coordinators.
• Lead performance improvement initiatives and ensure patient safety.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and resource utilization.
• Monitor budgets and drive fiscal performance.
