Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires RN license with Tennessee Board of Nursing.
• 3–5 years acute care nursing experience.
• Master's degree in Nursing preferred.
• Leadership/administration certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24/7 strategic and operational leadership for assigned departments.
• Guide and develop Associates; mentor nursing staff and PCCs.
• Optimize resource utilization and staffing models.
• Lead performance improvement initiatives based on clinical and satisfaction metrics.
• Drive associate engagement and retention through positive work environments.
• Ensure regulatory, accreditation, and financial targets are met.
