Job summary

CHRISTUS Children's Neurodiagnostic Lab seeks a skilled supervisor to oversee daily operations of the Neurodiagnostic Lab and Epilepsy Monitoring Unit. You will supervise personnel, ensure safety and quality, and coordinate staff training and education programs.

You will perform standard and complex EEG, EP, and NCS procedures, coordinate data capture with IT/EMR, and help implement policies to meet regulatory standards. Strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school graduate; Associate’s degree required.
• Experience in acute neurodiagnostic settings preferred.
• Licenses/certifications per ABRET or equivalent are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation and safety of Neurodiagnostic Lab and Epilepsy Monitoring Unit.
• Perform neurodiagnostic procedures and ensure quality control of reports.
• Coordinate staff scheduling, training, and student onboarding.
