Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day operations and maintain department productivity.
• Perform Neurodiagnostic exams as prescribed by physicians and ensure optimal results.
• Maintain time records and payroll coordination; approve time off and staff schedules.
• Orient applicants and new employees on job requirements and procedures.
• Counsel employees on performance; prepare and discuss evaluations.
• Coordinate staff training and maintain training records.
• Lead regular staff meetings and maintain written summaries.
• Perform miscellaneous duties as needed.
