Advocate Health seeks a Neurodiagnostic Supervisor to lead cross-site operations, ensuring efficient testing services and accurate patient scheduling. You’ll guide staff, collaborate with leaders, and maintain clinical standards across EEG, evoked potentials, IOM, and vascular tests.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree typically in a related field with 3 years of neurodiagnostic testing experience.
• ABRET EEG T certification and BLS for Healthcare Providers.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Oversees multidepartment/site neurodiagnostic operations and staff schedules.
• Monitors department performance and updates operations as needed.
• Maintains clinical expertise in EEG, Evoke Potentials, IOM and Dopplers.
• Directs day-to-day patient care delivery and staff guidance.
• Collaborates with leadership to ensure smooth departmental function.
• Manages scheduling, purchases, budgets and HR actions.
