Job summary

Children's Wisconsin is seeking a Neurophysiology Supervisor to provide diagnostic and supportive procedures in the Diagnostic Neurology area. You will act as a key operations leader, coordinating patient flow, updating policies, and guiding Neurophysiology Technologists across multiple locations.

The role requires 2+ years in neurophysiology, a registered technologist in at least one modality, and ABRET certification (preferred or within 12 months).

Qualifications

• Two year electroneurodiagnostic program or Bachelor's Degree in Neurodiagnostics or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in neurophysiology with knowledge of department policies.
• Must be a Registered Technologist in at least one modality (EEG, EP, or CLTM) per ABRET; certification strongly preferred at hire but required within 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Performs diagnostics including EEG, continuous monitoring, evoked potentials, EMG/NCS, intraoperative monitoring, long term monitoring for epilepsy work-up.
• Acts as liaison to physicians and health care team; supports center operations and service line standards.
• Supervises Neurophysiology Technologists across locations and coordinates patient flow and staff development.
• Ensures quality care, compliance, and effective communication with other hospital departments.
