Job summary

Connecticut Children’s Medical Center is seeking a Neurodiagnostic leader to oversee clinical EEG procedures, staff training, and QA initiatives in a fast-paced pediatric EEG lab. You will collaborate with leadership to maintain high quality standards and ensure patient safety.

The role requires strong technical EEG expertise, education coordination, and the ability to manage staff schedules and performance metrics within a hybrid work environment in Hartford, CT.

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred (nursing/clinical support or related field).
• 5–7 years of clinical EEG experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and performs EEG procedures according to EEG Lab guidelines.
• Clinical/technical resource of expertise for the EEG Lab.
• Oversees logs and training for EEG Lab staff.
• Develops competencies, validations and QA tools with Medical Director.
• On‑call coverage and attendance at safety/QA activities.
• Oversees staffing and scheduling for EEG Lab staff and operations.
