Job summary

Duke Health in Durham, NC is seeking a Neurodiagnostics supervisor to manage EEG operations at Duke University Hospital. The role is in-person with occasional nights or weekends, located on the main campus with travel to other Duke sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in biology, physiology, psychology, or related field preferred.
• Graduate of a Neurodiagnostic Technology program or equivalent training preferred.
• 3 years of Neurodiagnostics experience required (EEG, evoked potentials, epilepsy, PSG, TCDs).
• R. EEG T. ABRET credential required; CLTM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise EEG department staff and daily operations.
• Coordinate staffing and scheduling for the group.
• Maintain competencies for EEG and epilepsy monitoring.
• Coordinate, develop, and implement departmental policies and procedures.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Train personnel on technical procedures performed in the department.
