Job summary

CHRISTUS Children’s Hospital seeks a skilled EEG technician to perform EEGs, evoked potentials, and related studies under supervision. The role includes bedside monitoring in ICU, ambulatory monitoring, and intraoperative monitoring when needed.

The technician also assists with preliminary reports and physician billing, contributing to efficient workflow and patient care. Multiple shifts are available for a full-time position within the department, with responsibilities expanding to other areas

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 3–5 years of experience preferred.
• BLS required.

Responsibilities

• Perform EEGs, evoked potential studies in the lab and bedside.
• Assist in video/EEG monitoring, ambulatory monitoring, and intraoperative monitoring.
• Assist physicians with preliminary reports and interpretation.
