Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics seeks a dynamic sales professional to drive product promotion in the Tacoma region, partnering with the District Sales Manager on strategy and execution. You will analyze local markets, manage resources, and build advocacy channels to maximize product access and reimbursement.

The role requires a BS/BA with strong academic performance, a valid driver’s license, and a hunter mentality with proven top-quartile results.

Qualifications

• BS/BA with GPA > 3.0 required.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving history required.
• Self-starter; goal- and results-driven with proven above-average results.
• “Hunter” mentality; strong desire to sell and compete.
• Strong relationships and territory knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute and promote products aligned to sales strategy in the assigned territory.
• Collaborate with the District Sales Manager on day-to-day sales and strategy for product promotion.
• Analyze the local market; develop, execute, and monitor performance to maximize appropriate product use.
• Maintain current knowledge of product, disease, competitive landscape, and market reimbursement.
• Determine, implement, and monitor optimal allocation of resources in the territory.
• Use advanced selling and negotiation skills to communicate persuasively with identified target audiences.
• Identify, build, and leverage advocacy channels.
• Secure product access and reimbursement in institutional systems as needed.
• Manage travel and promotional budget.
• Complete monitoring and reporting requirements using approved systems.
• Maintain compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and policies.
• Meet industry-standard credentialing requirements for healthcare providers, customer facilities, and state/local governments.
• Additional ad-hoc projects as needed.
