Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics is seeking a field-based sales professional to execute product promotion in the Grand Rapids territory and collaborate with the District Sales Manager on daily activities.

You will monitor local market dynamics, build relationships with healthcare providers, and ensure access and reimbursement within institutional systems. Travel, ongoing credentialing, and a strong hunter mentality are essential for success.

Qualifications

• BS or BA with GPA > 3.0 required.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving history.
• Ability to travel locally; overnight travel may be required.
• Reside within assigned territory geography.

Responsibilities

• Execute and promote products aligned to sales strategy in the assigned territory.
• Collaborate with the District Sales Manager on day-to-day sales activities.
• Analyze local market and monitor performance to maximize product use.
• Maintain knowledge of product, disease state, competition, and reimbursement.
• Manage resources, budgets, and time within territory.
• Use selling and negotiation skills with target audiences.
• Identify and leverage advocacy channels.
• Secure product access and reimbursement within institutional systems.
• Complete expenses and call reporting using approved systems.
• Maintain compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Meet credentialing requirements for healthcare providers and facilities.
