Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist patients to create a positive experience.
• Schedule appointments and support check-in/check-out processes.
• Answer calls, handle inquiries, and route questions appropriately.
• Maintain patient documentation and accurate records.
• Assist with patient billing forms and co-payments as needed.
• Coordinate medical records, lab results, and prior authorizations.
• Use scheduling, registration, and billing systems; support department needs.
