Qualifications

• BS/BA in science or related field with a minimum of 4 years in commercial pharma/biotech or related experience, including 3+ years in specialty pharma or LTC.
• Master’s degree in science or related field with 2+ years of relevant experience as noted above.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulatory and enforcement environments; strong track record of meeting/exceeding sales objectives and launch success.
• Leadership and teamwork skills; ability to lead cross-functional teams and build trust among peers.
• Strong communication, project management, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Drives product acceptance and growth through targeted education and strategic account management.
• Executes territory sales strategies to meet or exceed objectives via in-person and virtual communications.
• Identifies and addresses territory-specific opportunities and barriers to product success.
• Effectively manages promotional resources and budget.
• Builds and maintains relationships with key stakeholders including healthcare providers and clinical staff.
• Establishes excellent communication with internal partners across departments.
• Upholds FDA guidelines and pharmaceutical industry best practices.
