Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation in Lowell, MA is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to join our neuro home and community program. This PRN role offers true autonomy, flexible scheduling, and a neuro-focused caseload designed to improve real-world mobility.

You will provide one-on-one evaluations and therapies in patients' homes or community settings, coordinating with the care team to maximize outcomes while maintaining high-quality, individualized care.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current, unrestricted Physical Therapy license by the practicing state.
• Current CPR/BLS certification as required by state regulations.
• At least 1 year of physical therapy experience preferred.
• Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques for complex neurological injury.

Aufgaben

• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Regularly reassess treatment effectiveness and attend staffing/family conferences.
• Perform discharge evaluations and provide safety recommendations.
• Communicate patient progress to the treatment team and family.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to improve patient outcomes.
