Job summary

Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, seeks a Physical Therapist to provide neuro home and community care with high autonomy and a truly one-on-one approach. You will assess, treat, and educate patients recovering from neurological conditions in local homes and communities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current, unrestricted Physical Therapist license in the state of practice.
• Current BLS/CPR certification per state regulations.
• Minimum of one year of physical therapy experience preferred.
• Knowledge of neuro rehabilitation techniques in complex neurological injury.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and assist with patient handling.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Regularly re-assess treatment effectiveness, attend staffing meetings and family conferences.
• Discharge evaluations and recommendations for home and community safety.
• Communicate patient needs and progress to the treatment team, physician, patient and family.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to ensure coordination of care and better outcomes.
