Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Medical Center – Grapevine is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for the Neuro PCU. This full-time night shift (7pm–7am) role requires two years of Neuro Tele (or PCU) RN acute care experience and offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• 2 years of Neuro Tele (or PCU) RN acute care hospital experience

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop care plans.
• Monitor neurological status and respond to changes in condition.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary team to ensure safe patient care.
• Educate patients and families on care plans and post-discharge needs.
