Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join the Neuro PCU at Memorial Hospital in Temple, Texas. The unit emphasizes teamwork on a 38-bed telemetry monitored service for neurological patients, with a focus on safety, quality care and patient outcomes.

The role requires Texas RN licensure, ADN with BSN preferred, BLS, and 12–18 months of acute care experience. Full-time day and night shifts are available in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of RN School of Nursing.
• ADN required; BSN preferred.
• Must be licensed to practice in Texas.
• Preferred 12-18 months RN experience in acute care or hospital setting.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required.
• Capable of performing under pressure in emergency situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide neuro telemetry patient care on a 38-bed unit.
• Work within a team nursing model to ensure safe, quality patient care.
• Care for epilepsy, stroke and neurosurgical patients in a Level 1 center.
