Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Medical Center – Grapevine seeks a Registered Nurse for the Neuro/PCU unit. The role emphasizes high-acuity care, education, and teamwork in a Magnet-recognized 302-bed facility serving the Dallas–Fort Worth area.

With a $5,000 sign-on bonus for eligible experienced RNs, the unit offers a 1:3-5 patient ratio, 7am-7pm shifts, and opportunities for growth within a supportive leadership team.

Qualifications

• 2 years of Neuro Telemetry or PCU RN acute care experience required.
• Grad of an accredited nursing program.
• RN license required.
• BLS certification or ability to obtain within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed clinical assessments and develop care plans.
• Educate patients, families and staff; promote learning.
• Delegate tasks to team members following competencies.
• Prioritize safety, effectiveness and efficiency in patient care planning and delivery.
• Collaborate with other departments to improve patient outcomes.
