Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Memorial Hospital in Temple, Texas is seeking full-time experienced Registered Nurses to join the Neuro PCU on a 38-bed unit that provides telemetry monitoring and specialized neurology care.

As a Neuro PCU RN you will work within a team nursing model, focus on patient safety and quality outcomes, and engage in ongoing professional development under supportive nursing leadership.

Qualifications

• Graduate of RN School of Nursing.
• ADN required; BSN preferred.
• Must be licensed to practice professional nursing by the Texas Board of Nurse Examiners.
• BLS certification is required.
• 12-18 months RN experience in acute care or hospital setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide Neuro PCU nursing care on a 38-bed telemetry unit.
• Collaborate within a team nursing model to ensure safe, quality patient care.
• Monitor patients and respond to changes in condition to ensure optimal outcomes.
