Job summary

BrightSpring Health Services Corporation is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to work in our Neuro Home & Community program in Lowell, MA. You will provide 1:1 OT in patients’ homes and communities, focusing on ADLs, cognition, safety, and independence, with true clinical autonomy and minimal productivity pressure.

The role emphasizes real-life function, with pay for hourly work and documented time, and local coverage that keeps you within reasonable driving distance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current, unrestricted OT license by the practicing state.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Minimum one year of OT experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Re-assess effectiveness, attend staffing meetings and family conferences.
• Discharge evaluations and provide home safety recommendations.
• Communicate patient needs to the treatment team and family.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to improve outcomes.
