Job summary

Qualifications

• Current RN license in state of practice.
• BLS certification required.
• Experience in acute care preferred.
• Magnet hospital experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and plan nursing care in collaboration with the care team.
• Implement and coordinate nursing care per physician orders and standards of care.
• Document assessments, interventions and patient responses accurately.
• Provide patient education and discharge planning in coordination with the team.
