Banner Estrella Medical Center in Phoenix, AZ is hiring a General OR Circulating RN for day shifts. This role works closely with surgeons and OR staff in a Level IV Trauma Center with Magnet designation and a focus on high‑quality patient care.

The position offers a comprehensive benefits package, weekend and night differentials where applicable, and an emphasis on growth within a supportive team culture. Eligible for a $10K sign‑on bonus for experienced OR RNs.

Formación

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Current RN license in state of practice.

Responsabilidades

• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate and document nursing care.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team for discharge planning.
• Document nursing assessments and interventions in patient records.
• Provide care per physician orders and standards of practice.
