Banner Health's Banner Boswell Medical Center in Sun City, AZ is seeking a Registered Nurse in the Operating Room. The OR handles general, GYN, robotics, vascular, neuro/spine, and orthopedics with a 16-OR main suite.

You will assess patients, develop nursing care plans, and deliver direct, evidence-based care under physician orders. The role requires RN licensure, graduation from an accredited program, BLS, and acute care experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with RN license.
• Current RN license in state of practice.
• BLS certification required.
• Experience in acute care setting preferred.
• Ability to work in OR environment and with diverse patient populations.

Responsabilités

• Assess patient physical, psychological, social, spiritual, educational, developmental, and discharge needs.
• Formulate and implement a care plan in collaboration with the health team.
• Provide direct patient care and coordinate nursing activities in the OR.
• Document care and patient responses accurately and timely.
• Participate in education and mentoring of staff and students when appropriate.
