CSL Plasma in Chicago is seeking a dynamic sales professional to promote CSL products across the region and to cultivate strong distributor partnerships that drive sales targets.

You will build and maintain relationships with key accounts and KOLs, participate in educational programs and scientific conferences, and provide market insights to support strategy while ensuring all activities comply with company SOPs.

Formación

• Bachelor degree in a scientific or business field.
• 5+ years' sales experience with a minimum of 3 years in pharmaceutical sales.
• Demonstrated success with field sales and market share growth.
• Knowledge of the pharmaceutical market and regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Promote CSL products and manage distributors to hit sales targets.
• Promote products to select call points per regional direction.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts and KOLs.
• Foster new accounts while growing existing ones.
• Support education programs with presentations at scientific congresses and patient organization meetings.
• Provide input to the marketing strategy.
• Ensure promotional activities comply with company policy and SOPs.
