Job summary

CSL Plasma Inc. is seeking an Area Sales Manager to drive sales, market development, and strategy for our renal portfolio.

You will engage nephrologists and health systems across Tennessee, Kentucky, Ohio, and Alabama, traveling daily within the territory. You will promote the portfolio to physicians, nurses, dietitians, pharmacists, and hospitals, applying disease-state expertise and competitive product knowledge to expand market share.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 5+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience, ideally in Nephrology or Dialysis.
• Proven track record as a top sales performer in a competitive market.
• Demonstrated knowledge of account-based selling and complex account navigation.

Responsibilities

• Execute all aspects of sales, market development, and strategic planning for company products.
• Engage with healthcare professionals involved in renal treatment in key practice settings.
• Daily travel and work within the assigned territory.
• Call on nephrologists, health systems, and dialysis organizations to promote products.
• Promote portfolio to physicians, nurses, renal dietitians, pharmacists, hospitals, and others.
• Demonstrate advanced disease state knowledge and product knowledge.
• Establish productive relationships within marketplace networks.
• Analyze sales performance and adjust business plans accordingly.
• Maintain up-to-date call records and submit reports and paperwork.
• Represent CSL professionally externally and internally.
• Collaborate with Commercial partners.
