Job summary

Fives DyAG Corp. in Dayton, OH is seeking an experienced Neuro ICU Registered Nurse for a 13-week onsite contract starting October 12, 2026. Night shift, 4x12-hour rotations, 19:00–07:30, with exposure to a comprehensive stroke center.

Candidates must have at least 2 years in Neuro ICU, hold an RN license, ACLS/BLS/NIHSS, and be able to read/interpret strips. Epic EMR experience preferred; floating to related ICUs may be required.

Qualifications

• Must have 2 years of Neuro ICU experience.
• Active RN license in Ohio.
• ACLS/BLS/NIHSS certifications required.
• EPIC EMR experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide night-shift Neuro ICU nursing care in a fast-paced unit.
• Monitor neurological status and interpret NIHSS findings.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team and manage patient flow.
• Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and documentation.

Night Shift 12 hours/day 4 days/week

Title: Neuro ICU Registered Nurse
Location: Dayton, OH
Duration: 13 Weeks / 13- or 18-week contract is available!
Shift: Night (4x12 Hours) 19:00 7:30
WINTER JOBS! Must be able to work a minimum of every other holiday!
EPIC required
MUST HAVE 2 years of Neuro ICU EXP and/or 2 years comprehensive stroke center experience in a large hospital with some Neuro exp
MUST HAVE at least 2 years nursing experience (RN)
Job Requirements: ACLS BLS NIHSS - must read and interpret strips
Fast paced ICU treating neurological diseases and disorders seizures strokes- comprehensive stroke center. Also treat overflow ICU patients from Medical Surgical ICU and Heart and Vascular ICU.
FLOATING REQUIREMENTS:

• Traveler will be first to float at Premier s discretion. Agency will float in/out of specialty cluster and will be assigned a medically appropriate assignment or support the nursing care team of the unit floated to.
• Traveler must be available to work every other weekend/holiday.
• Premier Health reserves the right to cancel 2 shifts due to low census per 13-week contract
• Premier Health reserves the right to cancel agreement with 2 weeks' notice without fee or fine.
• Travelers are not eligible for Premier health employee incentives.

RTO

• Request RTO with initial submittal; NO RTO will be added after the offer. RTO approval will be at the Manager's discretion. Submittal email must include application and current Nursys report, and other certs are not needed if listed on the application.
