Job summary

Creative Solutions Services, LLC is seeking an RN for a Night Shift in PCU, 12-hour shifts, 3 days a week, onsite. This 13-week contract begins 9/07/2026 with locational specifics at 10 tower.

Must have Acute Care and Neuro Stepdown experience, ACLS and BLS certifications. Competitive compensation with benefits offered. Floating may occur after orientation and weekends are required.

General Information

Unit Specifics:

• Number of Beds : 30 22 Acute Care 8 Stepdown
• Patient Ratios :6:1 on Acute Care 4:1 on Neuro stepdown
• Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability): 1 RN Charge is over all of 10 tower, 1-2 Techs and a unit secretary.
• Type of equipment: Acute Care side: Vital sign machine, high flow oxygen, chest tubes, suction, and various drips. All things stroke. Neuro stepdown: Vapotherm, Bipap, Trachs, titrating cardiac drips.
• Scheduling requirements: This depends on schedule, Weekends shifts are required.
• Floating policy: Experience nurses can float after orientation.
• Patient Experience requirements: Bedside shift report, personal connection, and daily huddle.

Hospital Specifics-

• Certifications: BLS for Acute Care BLS and ACLS for Neuro Stepdown.

Hiring profile

Requested Skill Set:

Must have:

1. Acute Care strong nursing skills and time management. Neuro stepdown, I would like stepdown experience.

Advanced skills needed: Strong critical thinking skills.

Procedures performed on unit:

The most common are lumbar puncture and chest tube placement.

Certifications Required: ACLS and BLS

Dress Code:

(Required uniform) 10 Tower you can wear black, any shade blue or grey, and any color scrubs on Friday.
